I thought it would be fitting to share these beautiful photographs of Landon and his father, who serves our country.

I know that look all to much.

That look of knowing your husband will be thousands of miles away on foreign soil in just a short time.

That look of trying to hold on to every moment before he leaves.

All while trying not to think of the countdown of days before deployment.

Thank you for your service to this wonderful country. It was wonderful meeting you both. I hope your deployment goes by quickly and you are together again soon!

Photographing these military newborn sessions is an honor. It is something I truly love. Seeing these tiny babies wrapped and sleeping with the military colors of reds, golds, blues and greens all around them. To know that this is something they will have forever, to see how tiny they really were in their father's/mother's uniform and maybe someday wear the same colors on their uniform that their parent proudly wore. 

This Veteran's Day, thank you to all who have served and are serving this beautiful country.

This baby boy, Lincoln, slept perfectly in his father's US Army uniform.

Sierra's second birthday her Momma helped put this entire session together.

She sewed her beautiful red dress for this special occasion.

Sierra enjoyed her vanilla cupcake and milk....I mean tea with her daddy.

For Our Heroes, Pre-Deployment Military Session

It was an honor to photograph this sweet family who will be facing a deployment  soon. 

The day was perfect, it was supposed to rain, but we were given sunshine. The girls enjoyed playing and exploring together.

Thank you M for your service. May God bless you and your family and give you safe journeys until you come home again.
